Sage, who was born in Los Angeles at the age of 14, first began modeling when she was a little girl. Sage was cast in an Nickelodeon series for teenage girls known as 'How to Rock. Additionally, she was an trainer prior to her appearance on the show. Her passion for acting is the reason behind the audition she submitted for "How to Rock" which proved to be a huge commercial hit. After that, she appeared in several films and television shows over the following years. In the short time she was in the controversial movie 'The Bling Ring' was noticed and appreciated. Her mainstream success was due to her role as Lacey Pemberton, in the film "Paper Towns" as well as Amber Fitch, in the action series "Crisis".
